1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the commercial relationship between www.nutrafine.co.uk (“the Website”) and its customers (“the Customer”) regarding order placement, payment, delivery, returns, privacy, and security.

By placing an order on the Website, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Orders & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated on the Website and, in any case, no later than 30 days, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and product availability.

All deliveries are made only via courier companies selected by Nutrafine. Customers may not request delivery through alternative courier services.

Deliveries require identity verification where applicable and are made to the delivery address specified by the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer.

If delivery is refused by the recipient, Nutrafine shall not be held liable for any resulting delay or loss.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is completed.
The total payable amount includes product price + shipping fee + applicable VAT.

All orders are shipped with shipping costs prepaid, and Customers are not required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

4. Pre-Orders

For pre-order products, delivery will occur on or around the date stated on the Website. A delay of 1–2 working days may occur due to logistical reasons.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened, or incorrect:

  • The Customer must refuse delivery

  • A damage report must be completed with the courier

  • Nutrafine must be notified immediately

Once a package is accepted without objection, it is deemed to have been delivered complete and in good condition.

6. Returns & Consumer Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unopened (where applicable)

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be sent back within 14 days of cancellation notice

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers confirm that all information provided during checkout is accurate, complete, and truthful.

Sales are made only to:

  • Individuals 18 years of age or older

  • Customers resident in the United Kingdom

If false age or residency information is provided, Nutrafine reserves the right to cancel the order without liability.

8. Payment Methods

Nutrafine reserves the right to add, remove, or modify payment methods at any time.

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
Tax-free sales are not available.

For bank transfer orders, payment must be completed within 3 working days. If payment is not received within this period:

  • The order will be automatically cancelled

  • Reserved stock will be released for resale

Nutrafine shall not be held responsible for stock unavailability following cancellation.

9. Technical Issues & Service Availability

Nutrafine shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by:

  • Technical failures

  • Server downtime

  • Software or hardware issues

  • Internet connectivity problems

  • Stock shortages

10. Intellectual Property

www.nutrafine.co.uk is owned by Tezman Holding A.Ş.

All trademarks, product names, logos, and content displayed on the Website are the property of their respective owners.

Nutrafine reserves the right to modify website content, product details, and prices at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on www.nutrafine.co.uk, the Customer confirms acceptance of all Terms & Conditions and Consumer Rights stated herein.
