I want to return a product. What should I do?
If you experience any issues with your order, such as damage or breakage during delivery, please contact us on the day you receive the package by emailing clear photos of the product (without opening or damaging the original packaging) to:
Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Right to Cancel & Returns
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your product(s), without giving any reason.
To request a return, please email uk@nutrafine.com and clearly state:

The product(s) you wish to return

The reason for return (optional, but appreciated)
Return Conditions
Returned products must meet the following conditions:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

The product must be suitable for resale

Any free gifts included in the order must also be returned

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be included
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If the product is faulty or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Nutrafine.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Perishable goods

Single-use products

Food supplements, cosmetics, or personal care products with broken seals
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s), your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
