2. Subject of the Contract

This contract defines the rights and obligations of the Seller and Buyer under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regarding goods and/or services ordered electronically via www.nutrafine.com.

The Buyer acknowledges having received clear information about the products/services, including:

Product description, qualities, and price (including VAT)
Payment methods
Delivery conditions
Right to cancel and return

All preliminary information and the invoice available on the website form an integral part of this contract.

3. Date of Contract

This contract is concluded electronically when the Buyer accepts the Terms & Conditions and places an order. A copy of the contract will be sent to the Buyer’s email address.

4. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.
Delivery is normally made within 30 days of the order, unless otherwise agreed. The Seller may extend this period by an additional 10 days with notification.
Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer unless the Seller explicitly states free shipping conditions on the website.

5. Payment

Payment can be made via the methods available on the website.
If paying by credit/debit card, the Buyer confirms that the card used is legally theirs.
Payment is due at the time of order placement.

6. Buyer Obligations

The Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery service immediately.
The Buyer is responsible for safeguarding the goods once delivered.
In case of fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment methods, the Buyer must notify the Seller and cooperate in resolving the issue.

7. Seller Obligations

The Seller guarantees delivery of products/services in accordance with the description and applicable warranties.
If goods/services are defective, the Seller will provide repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.
Refunds for valid cancellations will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or cancellation notice.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery without giving any reason.

10. Goods/Services Exempt from Withdrawal

Perishable goods, single-use items, software that can be copied once opened, and cosmetic materials cannot be returned once opened.
Goods must be unopened and unused to qualify for the right of withdrawal.

11. Default and Legal Consequences

In case of non-payment by the Buyer, the relevant bank may take legal action.
The Buyer may be liable for interest, expenses, and damages arising from delayed payment.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by UK law.
Disputes are subject to the UK Consumer Rights legislation.
Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent up to the value prescribed by law, and the UK courts have jurisdiction for higher-value disputes.
